About
Michael McIsaac developed MRM Kinetics for clients who prefer to train in their homes, workplaces, and local fitness facilities.
Michael completed his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from Memorial University of Newfoundland in 2004. After graduation, Michael chose to immerse himself in the fields of rehabilitation and strength and conditioning. Michael’s first position following graduation was in a multidisciplinary rehabilitation clinic, where he worked with Medical Doctors, Chiropractors, Physiotherapists, Massage Therapists, and Occupational Therapists.
Having gained sufficient experience in a rehab setting, Mike chose to continue broadening his experiences from within a fitness facility. Michael now has extensive experience training tactical recruits (RCMP, RNC, Military Personnel, Firefighters) people with disabilities and injuries, as well as sedentary individuals and athletes through MRM Kinetics.
Michael is a strong believer in not just teaching his clients how to train; he teaches them why. Michael feels that his clients are more likely to commit and continue pursuing their goals when they are empowered by applied knowledge.
